
Mr. Dabbs was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer in May 2009. Prior to that appointment, Mr. Dabbs held the positions of Chief Operating Officer (January 2006) and Vice President of Operations (October 2004). Prior to his time here, Mr. Dabbs held the position of President/General Manager of the Checks In The Mail division of Clarke American Checks, Inc., which competes in all segments of the U.S. check market and has the third largest share of the direct-to-consumer segment. In his almost twenty years with Clarke American, he held various positions including Vice President of Operations and Division Vice President of Sales. Mr. Dabbs holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Mr. Briggs was promoted to his current position in June 2009 and previously served as Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 1998. Prior to that appointment, he served in a similar role with Ashton-Potter (USA), Ltd., for five years and spent four years with Ernst & Young as a certified public accountant. Mr. Briggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Cornell University.

Mr. Sitaram joined the Company in October 2007 as CIO and Vice President-Systems and Technology with more than 20 years experience in commercial and government sectors, international telecommunications, media and online advertising. Prior to his time here, Mr. Sitaram served as Vice President of IT at ASRCC, a major government contractor. Before ASRCC, Mr. Sitaram was the Director of IT at Intelsat, the world's leading satellite and telecommunications organization, where he led the transformation of their business systems while modernizing the enterprise architecture and streamlining the organization. Formerly, Mr. Sitaram held various IT positions at Intelsat and Hughes STX Corporation. His education includes a Master of Science in Software & Systems Engineering from George Mason University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.

Ms. Murphy serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Custom Direct. Prior to coming to CD in August 2007, Ms. Murphy spent 15 years in senior level Human Resources management roles for small to mid-sized companies where she provided functional oversight and leadership to national and international HR teams. Her areas of expertise include training and organizational development, performance management, compensation, policy and process development and improvement, staffing, employee relations and Corporate Communications. Ms. Murphy’s human resource experience is complemented by her subsequent benefits administration experience working as the VP of Client Operations for a benefits management firm with over 200 clients. Ms. Murphy possesses a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland.

Mr. Robinson was promoted to his current position in June 2009 and previously served as Vice President of Sales since 2007 with responsibility for the EZShield Check Fraud Protectioin franchise. Prior to joining Custom Direct, Mr. Robinson was General Manager of Welcome Wagon International, a subsidiary of Move.com, where he held the position of Vice President. Mr. Robinson was a founder and Executive Vice President of Click Tactics, Inc. established in 2000 and located in Charlotte, NC. He has also served in a variety of positions in the financial security printing industry to include Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Davis & Henderson Intercheques, Toronto, Ontario; Vice President of Sales for Norpax and the Eastern Division of Intercheques, Baltimore MD; and as Vice President of Sales - Primary Accounts, Harland, Atlanta, GA. Mr. Robinson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barton College in North Carolina.
