Our Impact in Maryland

The Maryland location is recognized as one of Harford County’s top employers. Custom Direct participates in many community programs such as the High School Career Experience Program to provide educational and training opportunities to students at Joppa, Edgewood, Aberdeen and VoTech High School. The company works with the Harford County Office of Economic Development and provides the Workforce Technical Training Grant, which helps fund technical training of employees.

Our Impact in Arkansas

The Arkansas facility is committed to the local community and participates in a number of outreach and enrichment programs each year. Representatives from the company play an instrumental role in the Pulaski Technical College Call Center Agent Certification Program where training is provided to prepare prospective associates for positions in a contact center. The company assists with workforce readiness training through the Lions World Services for the Blind and Job Corps; providing students the skills needed to be successful in the workplace. Custom Direct has built relationships with local elementary, high school, and colleges by mentoring children at Indian Hills Elementary School, providing co-op employment for seniors at Mills High School and offering apprenticeship opportunities for graduating seniors from Arkansas State University.
