These plans not only help associates grow their skills, abilities, and knowledge, but help managers discover hidden talents. The PDPs focus on areas from short-term and long-term goals, to training opportunities. These plans help prepare our associates to grow in their current roles and become staged for future possibilities within their own departments or in other areas of the company.
