One way that Custom Direct remains committed to associates’ professional growth and development is by working with each associate to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs). These plans not only help associates grow their skills, abilities, and knowledge, but help managers discover hidden talents. The IDPs focus on areas including short-term and long-term goals and training opportunities. These plans help prepare our associates to grow in their current roles and to take advantage of future possibilities within their own departments or in other areas of the company.
