Educational Assistance Program

Custom Direct encourages associates to pursue formal education. To that end, eligible associates may receive reimbursement for tuition and associated costs in areas related to a current job assignment, or for a job in which one might be reasonably expected to advance within the organization.

The Educational Assistance Program was established to aid and encourage associate self-development, and to assist in the development of future leaders within our organization.
